Terms of Service

Last updated: May 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sky ("Sky," "we," "us," or "our"), including any associated software, websites, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Sky. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@meetsky.ai of any unauthorized access.

2. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. You authorize us, through our payment processor (Stripe), to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

We may change plan pricing at any time with at least 30 days' notice. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

3. Credits & usage

Sky operations that consume artificial-intelligence resources (chat, content generation, voice, automation runs) draw against your workspace's monthly credit allocation. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing month unless your plan explicitly includes rollover. Top-up credit packs purchased in-app do not expire.

When your balance reaches zero, AI operations are blocked until you top up or your monthly allocation refreshes. We may, at our discretion, throttle accounts that consume credits in a way we reasonably believe to be abusive or inconsistent with normal use.

4. Your content & data

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload, generate, or otherwise provide to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Sky a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your Customer Data does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service; (b) use the Service to send spam, phishing, or other unlawful communications; (c) attempt to circumvent Sky's credit limits, rate limits, or access controls; (d) use AI outputs to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful; or (e) resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted under a written agreement with us.

6. AI outputs

Sky uses third-party large-language models (including Anthropic Claude and others) to generate text, suggestions, and automations. These outputs are probabilistic — they may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on, publishing, or acting on them.

As between you and Sky, you own the AI outputs generated for your account, subject to the terms of the underlying model provider. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, free of third-party rights, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, repeatedly fail to pay, or use the Service in a way we reasonably believe is harmful to other customers, our infrastructure, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. We will retain Customer Data for a reasonable period to allow for export and reactivation, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). In no event will Sky be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide reasonable notice — at minimum, by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
