Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information — name, email, password (hashed and stored by our auth provider), workspace details.
• Customer data — content, messages, integrations, and other data you connect to or upload into Sky.
• Billing information — payment method tokens (held by Stripe — we never see card numbers), subscription status, invoice history.
• Usage data — feature interactions, AI operations performed, credits consumed, error and performance telemetry.
• Device & log data — IP address, browser type, OS, page URLs, timestamps. Used for security, debugging, and analytics.

How we use your data

• To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional email — verification, password reset, billing receipts, invoice failures, security alerts. We do not send marketing email without your explicit opt-in.
• To call third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs) on your behalf to generate the outputs you request. These providers process your inputs under their respective privacy policies.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Who we share data with

We share data with vetted sub-processors strictly to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication (United States / EU regions).
• Vercel — application hosting and edge runtime.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic — large-language-model inference (Claude).
• Sentry / PostHog — error tracking and product analytics.
• Integration providers you connect — Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google (YouTube, Calendar), TikTok, Close, Fathom, Whop. We exchange data with these providers only to fulfill features you have explicitly enabled.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

AI & model training

Sky does not use your customer data to train any large-language model. When you make an AI call, your inputs are sent to the model provider (e.g., Anthropic) for inference only and are subject to that provider's retention policies. Anthropic, our primary provider, does not use API inputs for model training by default.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@meetsky.ai from the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days.

You can also delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace. Deletion is irreversible after a 30-day grace period.

Data retention

We retain customer data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days (to allow for export and reactivation). Audit logs and billing records are retained for up to 7 years to satisfy legal and accounting obligations. Telemetry and analytics data is retained for up to 13 months.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for the database, scoped service roles, regular backups, and least-privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@meetsky.ai.

Children

Sky is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Sky operates from the United States and our infrastructure providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, and other regions. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data across these regions, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or via an in-app notice and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
